When should I order my invitations?
We encourage you to place your order at least 3-5 months before your wedding date. Standard turnaround is 1-2 weeks for revisions & approval. Design & proofing process 3-7 business days, plus 2-3 business days for print production. Add 3 additional days for custom foil.
Shipping is an additional 2-7 business days.
When thinking about timing, consider your mail date and RSVP date in relation to your event date.
When should I order my save the dates?
We suggest you place your order 4-6 weeks in advace. Save the dates should be mailed 6 months in advance for local weddings. 9-12 months for destination weddings.
Can Paper Fox Press design other paper goods for my wedding?
Yes! We love to incorporate invitation design details into any element of your celebration; such as programs, menus, favors, table numbers, escort cards or place cards, signage, thank you notes, weekend itineraries, welcome bag items...you name it! Shoot us an email for your custom request.
When should I mail my invitations?
Traditionally, you should mail your invitations 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. For destination weddings, 10-12 weeks. Save the dates can be mailed anywhere from 6-12 months before the wedding.
When should I have guests RSVP by?
RSVP dates should be at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding.
How many revisions can I make?
We’ll perfect your design through up to three rounds of revisions provided as PDF proofs viaemail. Additional revisions can be completed at a $35 per revision/PDF proof fee.
Does my order come assembled?
Assembly is only available for envelope liners. The rest of the pieces will come packaged individually & ready for assembly.
What if there is an error on the final printed invite?
We require final approval from you before printing, therefore it is your responsibility to proofread the invitation for mistakes. Paper Fox Press is not responsible for content, text or grammatical mistakes that were approved on the final proof. It will cost a minimum of $250 to reprint. If your reprint requires a reorder of paper or envelopes please allow time for shipping (this amount does not include rush shipping of paper or envelopes).
